At Trendsetter Eyewear, we're dedicated to maximizing the effectiveness of our Optilight and IPL treatments to ensure you achieve the best possible results. To complement our Optilight and IPL facial treatment, we proudly introduce the Celluma Elite panel.
This advanced technology serves multiple purposes, primarily focusing on reducing inflammation and harnessing anti-aging effects to promote healthier, more youthful-looking skin.
The Celluma Elite panel employs innovative LED light therapy, known for its ability to penetrate the skin at varying depths, stimulating cellular activity. By utilizing specific wavelengths of light energy, it targets underlying skin tissues, triggering a cascade of biochemical reactions that help diminish inflammation and promote collagen production.
Reduced Inflammation: Following an Optilight treatment, the skin may experience mild inflammation as part of the natural healing process. The Celluma Elite panel steps in to accelerate this healing phase by calming the skin and minimizing redness and swelling.
Anti-Aging Effects: Collagen, a vital protein responsible for skin elasticity and firmness, tends to deplete with age and environmental factors. The Celluma Elite panel stimulates collagen synthesis, helping to restore skin resilience and diminish the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
Enhanced Treatment Effects: By integrating the Celluma Elite panel into our treatment protocols, we elevate the overall efficacy of Optilight. The combined approach ensures a comprehensive skincare solution that addresses various concerns, from pigmentation irregularities to signs of aging.
We prioritize results-driven solutions backed by cutting-edge technology. The addition of the Celluma Elite Panel exemplifies our commitment to deliver visible and long-lasting improvements to skincare and beyond.
Light Emitting Diode (LED) phototherapy is the application of light energy to tissue to obtain therapeutic benefits. The energy is used to improve cellular performance. Phototherapy is known for its healing and anti-inflammatory properties and has a variety of applications across many medical fields.
Research has shown that phototherapy can: increase circulation, accelerate tissue repair, decrease wrinkles, decrease inflammation, improve skin tone and wrinkles, texture and clarity, ease muscle and joint pain, stiffness, spasm and arthritis and kill acne bacteria, and much more.
Specific wavelengths of light energy, when properly absorbed, up-regulates compromised cells. The light (photons) energy is absorbed by photoacceptors in the mitochondria and used to create adenosine triphosphate (ATP). The ATP produced then stimulates various metabolic processes which can result in the repair and regeneration of cell and tissue components. In an article, “Therapeutic Light” - by Chukuku S. Enwemeka, PT, PhD, FACSM, he wrote “other reported mechanisms of light-induced beneficial effects include modulation of prostaglandin levels, alteration of somatosensory evoked potential and nerve conduction velocity, and hyperemia of treated tissues.
The resultant clinical benefits include pain relief in conditions such as carpal tunnel syndrome, bursitis, tendonitis, ankle sprain, and temporomandibular joint dysfunction, shoulder and neck pain, arthritis, and post-herpetic neuralgia, as well as tissue repair in cases of diabetic ulcer, venous ulcer, mouth ulcer, fractures, tendon rupture, ligamentous, tear, torn cartilage, and nerve injury.”
Celluma is unique and quite unlike any other low-level light therapy device available today. Based on NASA research, Celluma delivers blue, red and near-infrared light energy simultaneously to safely treat a wide variety of conditions. Each wavelength is absorbed by different molecules that act as a signaling mechanism for different cellular processes. For example, some reduce inflammation and some kill bacteria, while others enhance localized circulation.
