Our Commitment

Trendsetter Eyewear is committed to making our website accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities.

Measures We Have Taken

To support accessibility, Trendsetter Eyewear has implemented the following:

• Skip to main content link at the top of every page for keyboard users
• Descriptive alt text on all meaningful images; decorative images marked with empty alt attributes
• Proper semantic HTML with logical heading hierarchy (H1–H6) on every page
• All form fields are associated with visible labels and include ARIA attributes
• Keyboard-navigable navigation menus with Escape key support for dropdowns
• Sufficient color contrast ratios for text and interactive elements
• Focus indicators visible on all interactive elements
• No content flashes more than three times per second
• Responsive design that works across screen sizes and zoom levels

Known Limitations

While we strive for full WCAG 2.1 AA compliance, some third-party content embedded on our site (such as the BVD self-assessment tool) may not fully conform to accessibility standards, as it is provided by an external vendor. We are working with our vendors to address these limitations.
